Update: Message from Greg Rotman to a shareholder - I have put the additional spacing in to separate the main points out.:
"Hi, I am trying to update everyone at the same time so I am not giving out different information during different times of the day and night.
We had a few questions back late yesterday from the auditors, one in particular took some back and forth related to the share cancellations of the 18.5 million shares for my dad and I and how to treat those cancellations and in what period.
We responded to those and both auditors concurred.
We expect a final review this AM from the 2017 auditors and we should be able to post the 10K late in the day.
Jamie and I appreciate everyone’s patience. We do understand the importance of filing timely and disliked disappointing our shareholders.
After this filing, the legacy issue of needing two different audit firms to sign off will be behind us and we anticipate filing timely in the future.
Jamie and I will be around until the anticipated filing today and then we are both going to get some much-needed sleep. It’s a short week with the holiday, I hope you have a great weekend. Thanks Greg
