We do not yet own the assets, we have not agreed to hire/re-hire anyone from Cogosense, and we are not paying any of their bills. They operate as a completely independent company. They ARE a completely independent company. One that is receiving payments from ONCI toward owning the IP and product designs.
One thing that we do not yet know from any company disclosures that I've seen is, who is paying for the ongoing development that, I believe, is still being done for new versions of hardware and software that we've been told about? I don't see any accounting for it in our financial reports. If Cogosense has been footing the bill for hardware and software development since that very first day when SB signed an agreement to buy Cogosense, does that mean there will be an addendum for settling the added cost (and buy/sale value) of the new products/designs? I've never seen any detail on the Cogosense purchase, nothing has been filed that I'm aware of. So it's pretty darn difficult to even guess at any answers to these questions.
So you see (relating to the previous post), there's a LOT that SB can do for shareholder value (the pps) before we need to be even THINKING about an audit or SEC reporting. It's part of the reason I invested here, and I expect that's why a lot of smart investors put their money here - there's so much potential with so many "catalysts" for updward pps movement (due to lack of info filed/reported/released by SB, and lack of clarity in what he HAS released). But we can see now what happens when we go for months and months and months with no improvement in the flow of information, and no follow through on certain "catalysts" that were started and "pending."
