The main purpose for me was, so I could find my own long posts. So self serving!
Was it so I could post it 50 times and spam the board because I had nothing left in the tank?
Not quite
People would PM and ask me questions all the time and I'd be thinking. I already answered that 5 times. I didn't do it at the beginning and spent a long time looking for posts I already did like valuations, as an example.
I have a photographic memory of what Rory said, what others said, what I said. Finding it is another journey, so I've learned to put markers in place as this is not my full-time job like others, elsewhere.
I just want to repeat, this is not my full time job. I got one and work plenty of extra hours. I'm not a free financial adviser either. Do you own DD and don't get it from me or a message board.
I might have set the record for PM's received. I think I actually only initiated 30 PM's in my life. Those that contact me, always appreciated and an open door to those waiting for me to PM them, which ain't going to happen.
If you are on block, I do that as par for the course for anyone that gives a hint of anti-pro board (even once). I don't want to waste my time on the "why did the admin delete my post and BTW you all are a boy asshole licking...", which is always the second PM.
Funny how normally, seemingly normal people jump into another dimension. Not going to call people out. I've been down that road and still cruising. Just hope I get off it one day soon. End of road rage. I'd rather focus 100% of my time on true investors. Not here to convert haters or traders. Got no time.
The unfortunate thing is out of the 4 mods, we don't get to delete many posts. iHang actually does have admins. I can't see deleted posts like other places can. There is a loophole however to see those, but not on iHang. Don't PM me on the loophole.
The only way I know posts are deleted is to look at the post numbers. If you see it skip, you know someone is on santa's naughty list. I can tell you David, Chasing Stars, has no problem banning people after a few naughty posts. Other places might give you 20 chances. Not here, not now, and it's not because you swear either. Record speaks for itself.

The policy of truth is, I left music behind many years ago. Got so busy with life, the best I could do was radio in the car. All the music I loved growing up was left in the dust. All the concerts, so what. Too Busy. Back in the day there was no spotify. No pandora though. Game Changers.

A: I am a math guy. Slide rule, calculator, spreadsheet in my head. Till I go to bed. Anything else, wasn't that pretty. Tell me a number, I can remember it forever. Tell me a name. Huh, what's your name?
Writing was something I avoided like the plague. One reason why I write is to work on what I am the weakest in. Those that shy away from posting, look at me as an example of how bad could it be?
I am also dyslexic. Anything I read I start with the back. Anything mag or book I pick up, I look at the back first. No one ever noticed. I solve problems by figuring out all outcomes and working backwards. I can't start at the beginning. Seems like a waste of time for me. Happy to work backwards from 100 different outcomes. Works well in my business. I start with the customer and work backwards vs. what a company "thinks" the consumer wants.
