Great podcast today. Explains the 10K very well and explains why it was late.
The highlights for 2018 were:
1) Sales were up by 168%
2) General and Admin costs are down by 48% this includes the 550,000 that the lawsuits cost us.
3)Advertising and marketing are down by 6%
4)Gains on lawsuits 689,000+
5)Net lose is down 71%!
6)Assets at year end are up 72% this includes the Mexico money
7)Liabilities at year end are down 74%
8)Debt at year end is down 38%
This means the things that should be up are up and the things that should be down are down. Great work management.
The preferred A stock that the court order back from Jerry G. have been voided and removed from the books. Means they are totally gone.
We are still going after Jerry G. for the $3.5million that the court says he needs to pay us. This $3.5 mil. has not been added to the books. Won't that look good on the books when we get it.
Lotus cans have been done, they had news people at the plant. They interviewed Michael Welch. He'll let us know as soon as it airs.
Loved that Michael called out the bashers. But everyone needs to quit going to LieHub.
So we are up in areas that we needed to be up and down in areas that we needed to be down. All in all I think that's pretty good for a company that has had to fight back from the Jerry G. fiasco.
