Sound Concepts opted for a 44% cash, 56% stock deal
The numbers are almost reversed
Basically, they sold a company we know has $13M of revenues for $11M in cash, plus stock. A company that is net income positive and is cash flow positive I might add. It's clear to me, they sold it for the stock opportunity and not the cash.
That is right out of left field that no one saw coming and if that is not insider buying vote a confidence, I don't know what is.
They must know what's coming and where this is going
