one would think that for all the whining by an alleged *investor* (have a bridge to sell) .. one would not continually soft bash their investment .. rather just sell and move on .. but if one *reads* .. one discovers the pattern of *soft bashing* isn't unique to P2O .. another OTC target (pps reduced from handoff in Dec 2014 @ $4.93 to last *round's* 52 week low reset @ 7c EO Dec 2018) .. hmmm patterns in play much .. what do both P2O and this other OTC *target* have on common?

they were both worked *relentlessly* by NRs' trading crews
including having hit pieces for OTC stock being illegally manipulated
they both have enviable Floats and I/O/s 10 years into *efforts*
they both have actual long term investors .. who far outweigh *traders*
they both were victims of NRs' cycles of money and have (as of today)
outlasted NRs' kill order (.008c for PTOI .. 07c for this other OTC target)
and they both have products that have not just *potential* but explosive potential
depending on how mgmt *handles* aspects

that is the risk/reward of the OTC .. and to be clear courtesy of the abysmal efforts out of the SEC re: *transparency in real time* .. there are zero U.S. equities that can offer any guarantee .. some come with far less risk .. but there are no guarantees that any *equity* regardless of where traded .. can't become a *target*

and that is the sole province of the useful idiots @ the SEC
