Yes, those number were given for safety data reference, because in that same PR, right before they gave those numbers they said " In order to avoid a long delay in the BLA filing, the FDA agreed to accept safety data from 100 patients in the monotherapy trial with the 700 mg dose, which enables the BLA submission for the combination therapy to use 700 mg instead of the original 350 mg dose.

Combo 700mg 30 ( NP gave this number in noblecon) permission to switch to 700mg
40 patients in screening for to initiate mono at 700mg

Dr NP said at 5:15 that we have now 740 patients . Around 90 more than January posted that stated 43 on mono 700mg. But these 90 could be randomly assigned to 525vs700mg arm.

This give 71+29 (switched from 525mg) on 700mg mono for the safety data in combo. Also giving 139/200 enrolled. They could enroll 61 more over the next month or so, but may not once they reach enough for safety data for combo.
