He didn't know that the account ACS had been working on for 2 years First Data / BofA was in buy out negotiations with Fiserv. Thus a delay. First Data in January resumed security measures by implementing Transarour authentication for CC processing.
We have the Keystroke encryption that is mandatory. It is a matter not of if it will start, but when, could happen any day, anytime . First Data owns half of BofA merchant services.
So hang in there , we are looking awesome with DSS and when First Data / BofA comes on board revenues will flow.
