US Corporate Business legal interests globally are at stake , if they lose their Patents and resulting business it could affect the US economy. Its serious,no hyperbole, and it has the attention of both the SCOTUS and Congress.
Both have their legal sniper rifles out and are taking aim at Alice. The Solicitor General of the SCOTUS is out measuring wind speed and distance for the legal shot, getting all the intel on Alice's dirty deeds and impact to give to SCOTUS for the killer shot. Congress is marshalling its forces for an all out assault on her. She will be in the crosshairs soon enough. It is not if, but when she goes down. She is a cancer.

We all know that in august of 2018 Mark thought by Sept or Oct we would be in millions of dollars. He didn't know that the account ACS had been working on for 2 years First Data / BofA was in buy out negotiations with Fiserv. Thus a delay. First Data in January resumed security measures by implementing Transarour authentication for CC processing.
We have the Keystroke encryption that is mandatory. It is a matter not of if it will start, but when, could happen any day, anytime . First Data owns half of BofA merchant services.
So hang in there , we are looking awesome with DSS and when First Data / BofA comes on board revenues will flow.
