Trading Update / My Strategy.
All my opinion but the trading strategy I'm implementing.
If the filing comes out during trading hours, we should see an instant surge to the .0750 > .0800 range and a probable .0800+ break.
If the filing comes out after the close, there will probably be a gap up above .0700 with no opportunity to get any significant amount at prices different to yesterday - mainly above .0750.
Accordingly, I have already banked profits from today's buys in the .0501 to .0610 range at up to .0689 this morning and have reloaded in the .0633 (by bidding) to .0694 range (by ask hitting).
That will make $8K > $12K in additional unexpected banked profits just getting back to where we were yesterday in the .0750 to .0800 range.
My significant core holding in the .0750 to .0800 range - which I will be keeping to $1 > $4 - will be almost converted to free by that point from previous banked profits - and I have shares above .0800 to trade between .0800 > $1.
Daily I will have additional shares - up to 4 x the core depending on how much else in going on with my 20+ Watch List picks for followers - to trade on surges.
I expect the core to make multiple $6-figure to $7-figure profits - depending which NASDAQ tier the company decides to go for. Remember it has to maintain the price at $1 or $4 for 30 days - so there will plenty of opportunity to trade small amounts on a higher ask without bid whacking.
We already know there institutional investros involved - as evidenced by frequent $50K > $70K buys.
There will alo be the EMA buyback, company buyback and the possible punitive damages against EMA as additional upwards surge catalysts.
Traders might want to consider getting their below .0700+ break shares without delay - by a combination of ask hitting (to ensure getting a decent chunk) and bidding.
