I have bought 11k warrants this week and I'm done now.
Here's a simple calculation:
Say you have $10k to buy shares or warrants and you want long term. You can buy 4k shares at around $2.5 per share or 10k warrants at around $1 per unit.
Fast forward April 2021, say the Stock price is just around $15 (I know, taking highly pessimistic view) & you want to find out how much you can get by selling shares/warrants. So, you will actually have around $60k with the 4k shares you bought or you will have around $150k - $35 - 10k (assuming Strike price to be around $3.5) = $105k, after excercising the warrants in a CASHLESS way. While you made 6x times money in case of shares above, you will actually made more than 10x money with warrants if you've played properly. Yes, there are some risks involved with warrants but with VERB, I guess it's worth the risk.
I am sorry if I have missed any part in my estimates & please feel free to correct me.
This is the reason why I think a lot of people want to buy Warrants. I remember UHD had bought large amount of warrants a week ago at much less price and that was very smart. I'm sure others like Chaka have also added a lot recently. I took time to arrange cash and got it much higher but no complaints since it will do well in long run I guess.
