Veneto is an asset that can produce no revenue. (i already showed you that we had revenue, veneto had revenue....a little less than 4 million)..A MSO needs services, members and a solid reputation.(check with Doc on this one, to dispel your beliefs) You have none of these. The pharmacies acquired are closed. (the pharmacies you keep talking about were pre-operational pharmacies that were never opened yet, and they cost around 350,000, i don't know why you keep harping at those) High Desert Diagnostic Lab is closed. Do you even know if you have members in an MSO? As for the the "leadership" with the "secret sauce", it appears they are gone (good riddance but yet still getting paid). (the executives have signed a 3 year agreement not to leave their positions) So much for intangibles and goodwill.
Just curious but how will Generex create revenue now that you know the Veneto business model is dead (check above, 4 million is not nothing) and that there is no leadership, employees or assets to carry out the plan? (what did they sell for 4 million, if there was no leadership, employees or assets)
Why do they keep telling you this was a good buy? (its not a GREAT buy but its a good buy, for the money)
How will Generex make more acquisitions or hire more lawyers without revenue?

p.s. You can't exclude MHS otherwise known as Medoc Health Services because of the investigations but also still count them in for the revenue generating portion of the business. (although it now looks like they have finally acknowledged that it is "the company" including all entities, that are subject to the investigation, not just Medoc) (we will just have to wait and see on this one).
Don't be fooled. A 2+ year joint investigation that is still continuing involving the OIG, DEA, FBI, Pharmacy Board and several other agencies is significant and not in the "early stages". People will be going to jail. Lots of money will be owed.
You are not being told the whole story. Read every line and question it all. They have misconstrued/left out significant information with every version. I know you can see that the story keeps changing every time they are put under the microscope. So much for transparency. (they were very transparent, as soon as some mis-statements were discovered, we were notified....what else you want them to do?) This is either really shoddy DD and business acumen or just maybe they never intended to tell the whole story unless they got called out on it.
