FWIW...If you review the following 2 suits, keep in mind that for the Creative case....a motion apparently was filed, though it does not show up in Pacer docs....the judge answered something motioned for, with a minute order......

In the Creative case, in house attorney for Newegg ... Kazmerski, Annette answered the initial date... to answer the complaint, and filed a counter complaint at the same time... early on 12-31-12.....where e.Digital promptly answered that counter complaint 1-17-13. I think things happened prematurely on her part....as a new date to answer was approved....2-19-13.
