Because Zpaul wrote in his post that SFOR is "planning to file for a writ of Certiorai " I believe SFOR is pursuing a dual track strategy. That is try to get a fair settlement on this case but have the case transcripts and documents reviewed by the higher court for the ALICE 101 fight. I'm not a lawyer but IMH (layman's)O SFOR has to participate in that battle in the long term interest of protecting its own IP from future infringment.
