I have a couple questions/comments if someone would be kind enough to respond to my questions please. The comments are just my opinion.
1. How many warrants were/are actually available to trade/purchase?
2. They can still trade until they are exercised even over the strike price of $4.04 correct?
3. Why offer the warrants at such a lower price? Should they have not been offered at 60-70$ of the Offereing price?
3. Someone commented on the spread Bid/Ask. I don't think it really matter. When someone wants to sell they hit the bid they don't leave it on the ask and wait..
I do think that the warrants caused a lot of people to dump shares and buy warrants. I don't believe it was all shorting. If you are long there isn't any risk in my opinion to warrants. I bought a few thsound at $0.75/80 but didn't sell any shares.
I have been long since BBOOTH. There have been times I wish I sold some shares at $3.00 last year or at 17.00 this year but I know Rory and I believe in him. I have said many times before he stands to loose the most and I am sure he is not happy with the SP but they are building a world class company and the results will show in the SP eventually. Its been a crazy ride but Rory got us from the depths of OTC to Nasdaq. Now he's preparing for Rory 2.0. Exciting times ahead.
