Going thru the 10K, got to the Legal proceedings. Very good summary. I was wondering how much and when RMHB will receive their awards for winning the case against Grassifi and law, LSW holdings and Lilly Li, etc. I found on page 13 this update:
The amount of damages and attorneys’ fees to be awarded to RMHB and against LSW Holdings and Li will be determined in a trial currently scheduled for June 3, 2019. We are continuing to pursue our claims against the remaining defendants in the case, which will be adjudicated at trial, currently scheduled for June 3, 2019.
Rocky Mountain High Brands, Inc. v La Dolce Vita Trust and Christine Guthrie, In Her Capacity As Trustee, In The 382 nd District Court of Rockwall County, Texas, Cause No. 1-18-1608.
This is a case whereby the Company is attempting to collect on the Default Judgment obtained against Grisaffi. More specifically the Company is requesting the Court to order the La Dolce Vita Trust to turnover fraudulently transferred assets and for additional relief necessary to enforce the Company’s judgment against Grisaffi."

There are also many financial improvements in 2028 vs 2017. This emerging startup (restartup) since the litigation is about to turn the corner. Timing is everything. Post split we should hear news we have been waiting for that will give us a bigger bang for the buck given the new share structure that institutional investors can invest.
On another note like Robinson said, some manipulation in the last hour for sure.. It could have been GHS, and/or a general market dump as the pot stock sector today got pummeled . Even tho we are not technically a pot stock, we sometimes get lumped in that group ever since etfs for pot stocks came out. Hopefully we hit the worst of it, hard to say.
Otcmarkets showed both the BID And ASK level 2 above today's closing price, at the close:
ASK .0047 BID .0046 but close was .0044.
