Perhaps, with all of the free time you have, you can get DECN listed on Borse Berlin-Bremen. During the Penny Stockgate era about a decade ago, KB worked with the SEC to have DECN and many other penny stocks delisted from that exchange because of hanky-panky with naked shorting. I actually called the exchange this morning from New York and they are accepting firms to be listed. I think the only requirements are that the company have an active 15c2-11 filing, and thus be "listed" on the OTC, DECN does and is, and the application must be made by someone calling himself a lawyer.
To trade you will have to execute trades directly with the exchange electronically. Your listing, if successful. may not last long because if this arbitrage game starts again, KB will have the stock delisted. Good luck and I hope you and your friends sell and move on. Perhaps you can find another company where as a small shareholder you can manipulate a product development plan.
