A heads up. I emailed Nader last week about the AS increase and this was his response. Take it for what it is worth. I X'ed out my name


Dr. Pourhassan,

I just saw the filing yesterday about having a shareholder meeting to again raise the AS to 700 mil. You have previously stated that we would never get to 600 mil, and on numerous occasions, that we are on the verge of significant nondilutive funding. Many shareholders find this new development very concerning and feel misled.

Is there anything, you can say publically to the shareholders to address this issue in the near future.
