Absolutely No proof you were a recipient of this especially since anybody can copy & paste. And, Janice shell, your idol, recently said if that was even true, it would be illegal. A company can not disburse a dividend to just part of the shareholders, that would be illegal. Hence, that's probably why this transaction was never consummated. But, you probably already knew all that though. Also, I can guarantee you this, if I was owed Series-C shares from a company from 2013/2014, I wouldn't be crying on a board in 2019, unless of course, I was here misrepresenting the facts for the sole purpose of bashing a company as you continually do. Like I said, I believe you already knew the transaction would have been illegal if really true. Regardless, Absolutely no bearing on the here & now. Just another basher playing games for the sole purpose of taking advantage of unsuspecting shareholders due to the position we are presently in. Folks need to use their best judgement when reading nonsense such as that. GLTA!
