Currently, they are not listening to their shareholders. Hence the 2 weeks ext from 4/4. I just don't see how they will get enough votes from shareholders to go with any ratio to 500 with NO details..
why waste another 2 weeks? It's getting more and more depressing to support the current mgmt team. They are against building value for their shareholders.
They have every chance to deploy the damage control card.. but yet, they keep trying to push this garbage RS down our throat. The pending RS is depressing PPS daily
The mind start wonder... Why are they intentionally to send PPS to the toilet ? They have done very little to nothing to build value.
If some entity want to buy us out.. this would be the perfect storm. Hirsch and the team will not let that happen? I don't know which side tthey are with now.. They have NOT making any progress of building PPS for current holders. more silence then ever. We are trading at sub 5MM market cap.. sick value..
Take'em to private is not out of the questions. go off the grid in private for a few years and do an IPO with products out of trails and ready for shelf.
