And this is the counterpart, if you will, to the article you posted. Thank you doing so...I had not seen that one yet. I also believe the FDA will be forced to put a timeline on requiring Pharma companies to include abuse deterrent technology in their opioids NDA applications first but then Anda applications as well. I would think by the end of 2014 but could be years from now considering how slowly the clock grinds with the FDA.....

The FDA's advisory committee voted 2-11 (with one abstain) against approval of Zohydro, citing that there is significant abuse potential for this painkiller. What is noted specifically in the commentary is the fact that the Zohydro pill itself is not crush-resistant.
The winds of change are a blowing folks. I honestly hope I am not wrong but Elite's day in the sun is about to be had beginning this year IMO.
