my answer:
if by owners you mean shareholders, the system whereby innocent 3rd parties(longs) have their property stolen from them by the system without due process has already occurred via a de-listing- nowhere does such violation of the princples of the law occur-only in the stock market
does the system go after ceo brad who said he didnt have any responsiblity to even keep shareholders informed-and who apparently allowed his private navial business partner to steal the ilia revenue-and who has the responsibility to recover such revenue on behalf of longs- no!!!
-and brad didnt even register w otc.markets.com or nevada sec of state or apparently anybody else

but the system did go after bob bc of the mar 2010 promo designed to raise enough funds to get operations going-shut him out- levied fines -prohibited him from earning an income to pay such fines and thus forcing him to sell the business-

normally there would at least be bankruptcy proceedings where longs could recover something

delisting would have occurred earlier if it were not for bob-since brad never bothered to check in w otcmarkets and nev sos etc entities and agencies didnt even know brad existed!!!!!!!!!
-so they would call bob and ask if he wanted the shares de-listed etc and he would say no-bob even tried some way to give longs value but the swamp said no
but now after so many years of inaction by brad re operations and brads contined inability to sign in with the appropriate agencies and entities,the shares were delisted
