Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
Effective at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on April 10, 2019, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Document Security Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) terminated Jeffrey Ronaldi’s employment as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. As previously disclosed, on March 27, 2019, Mr. Ronaldi’s responsibilities as Chief Executive Officer had been reassigned in anticipation of his departure. Mr. Ronaldi continues to serve as a member of the Company’s Board.
