I didn't know of any prior SEC issues. Maybe that was prior to me digging into CYDY...and most of the research before investing was science based as I expected a pre-revenue financials to be in bad shape. So thanks for enlightening me again.
I don't expect them to update the 10-Q for trials that have not began unless they were officially announced since the published date of the report (similar to warrants and shares issued)....but this may not be required by the SEC, so would only be a courtesy to shareholders. I agree that it is not realistic or expected for them to update anything that is not official....but that would be a fun report to read if they included everything currently in discussions!!
