Concerned about HempD website

Does anyone else have problems ordering from the HempD.com website. I keep getting the 20% off pop up over and over and I'm trying to reset my password which directs me to an email to click a link which sends me back to website to Reset Password which sends to email... vicious circle. This has gone on for two weeks. I've called and left messages twice leaving my name and number with no call back. Am I the only one or are they having issues with the Website. I would like to order the Gummies but unable. I am a very long term investor all the way back to the Stealth Alarm company which is where this company evolved from way before Totally Hemp Crazy. Any suggestions?
