Hannover House - Shareholder's Meeting Update / Details
Greetings HHSE Friends & Followers - We are still working out the technical logistics for how to best "live-stream" the 2018 Shareholder's Meeting. At present, there are three prospective streaming methodologies, and we will decide upon the most reliable strategy after testing is completed.
Meanwhile, in order to allow another business day's time to complete / tweak and finalize graphics and other elements that we plan to present and discuss at the Shareholder's Meeting, the DATE and TIME have been set as follows:

Time: 3:00-pm Central Time
This Live Stream event will be held at the HHSE offices in Fayetteville, AR, and will be open for public viewing via our selected internet service (the meeting will not be limited to "only" shareholder's of record as of 12-31-2018).
Questions from verified shareholders will be addressed at the end of the management presentation agenda, as listed below.

2019 - 2020 STRATEGY
2a). Areas of Key Focus for HHSE & Affiliates;
2b). Opportunities / Obstacles and Operations.
MyFlix As Locomotive
3a). Update on Suppliers, Titles & Status;
3b). Update on Marketing Launch Ideas & Opportunities;
3c). New / Significant Financing for MyFlix.
"High-End Movies" As Locomotives
4a). Update on Market Conditions favoring high-end / star-driven movies.
4b). Presentation on structure of financing higher-end features;
4c). Explanation of benefits to HHSE from production and ownership.
Uplist / Stock Activities & S-1 Registration
5a). Status of Form 10 Registration Documentation;
5b). Timing of Registration Filing & S-1 Offering;
5c). Description of how S-1 pricing will both support and drive PPS for all shareholders;
5d). Use of Proceeds weighted primarily to build new revenue ventures.
