Drano I just completed an order for a small handful of shares while watching level 2. I went in at .1401 which was .1 above the current asking of .1400.
No more than 10 seconds after the order went through it moved to .1430 with almost double the share count i got.
I'm still kinda new to the level 2 and learning how to read everything.
