The shrimp in the tank that are left from Lot 180 are being used to showcase their product to potential courters, as well as to supply to regional chefs such was the case last weekend when they shipped 30 lbs to Houston for a large chef exposition (or something to that effect).
They also mentioned that they will use some of the large shrimp for a brood tank as they are planning to create their own PL’s in the future.
The shrimp that are still in the tank are really jumbo sized and show that their system is capable of growing shrimp in the enclosed system for an indeterminate frame of time .
