Guys, like many here I too believe AGRiMED has now been sold, but I suggest Harvest is just as likely to be the buyer as MariMed. Both of these companies are looking to increase their geographical reach, and both companies are into marijuana which is what the P.A. facility was set up to grow. The P.A. facility is a hydroponic grow facility, and both MariMed and Harvest are experienced in that type of growing. There was a point when Crockett claimed the MariMed deal fell through, and while the sale may have restarted under different circumstances, it is just as likely that another company was more interested --- once again, Harvest was mentioned around the time MariMed was said to be out. Just my two cents, and I have no dog in this fight. I still maintain that the deal Dalton has with MariMed involves their Vitiprint technology which would be a more precise method for producing the Univec patch and allows Univec to tailor patches to nearly every kind of medical problem one can imagine.
