I am as upset as anyone, but they may in fact have a plan. And like any plan it can take a lot of time to fully implement and adjustments are often made as the situation evolves.
My only argument with them concerns the R/S and it is because I do not how they intend to use it......immediately, last resort, in conjunction with a structured deal, etc. There is also the deafening silence. Why have they not reached out to us since a lot of shareholders seem to be against the R/S (enough no votes to initially stop their proposal).
