Here is my 2 cents. Take it or leave it. I have been chatting with a friend and bouncing ideas most of the morning so here is what I think.
Dalton is respected and honorable. He can be trusted. I do trust a guy like Dalton and his associates. So..last night I really thought how this could go down. RAD can’t name UNVC because UNVC is dark yet. UNVC can’t file because RAD would be included. RAD did say it is selling CBD products in 2 states. UNVC is now cleared to name RAD/CBD/future business plans in filings.
Why is a billion dollar company being suppressed soo badly while lots of scams are doing better in Market Cap? Why did RAD give out the R/S plan the night before a decent ER ? Why not wait and see? Why just take the foot off before seeing if it could climb back up? I say UNVC filings are closer than most think. I believe we can now file BECAUSE we have nothing with MRMD as of YET. UNVC is partnered with Agrimed NOT MRMD...YET. Once UNVC files it can be named by MRMD and once named by MRMD and partnership stands that’s when RIte Aid will announce who their supplier is. Since UNVC is not fully in MJ industry expect the partnership with Agrimed...as of now. Once this ball starts rolling things can then start to move faster.
My 2cents, I’m sure I left stuff out so feel free to correct me or feedback. Looking for Input. Most of us longs that hold a lot of shares hold at .002-.0025 so the selling going on is people that got scared or ones lower. If a person is selling what is your reasoning? No information has changed (besides RAD selling CBD products) no negative information...nothing has changed besides the panic sell. Grab those cheapies. One mans trash is another mans treasure.
