So we got a MASSIVE beat down..
You would THINK that whoever was behind the wheel so said.. Team, we need to do something.. toxic loan is killing us.. let's get a RS going..
If they have any compassion for current holders.. They could easily executed the RS with reduce pain and plenty of shareholders support. If they would keep the PR company on the payroll, re-build some PPS, even back to the mid 10 cents will be a different tune.. instead.. let's go with a blank check and trust us card, just be sure we got the vote, modified the ESOP to secure the vote..hire a company the solicit more votes. You are willing to go to that extend for the garbage RS and still not willing to re-build PPS???
They DO NOT have our best interest at heart which is obvious
All we can do not it's to VOTE down 4/18 and live to fight another day..
Maybe just one person on the current team would have the balls to speak up.. Guys, we fu**ed up again.. let's get back to work and rebuild the PPS.. RS can wait a few months.. then I woke up!! lol.....
