Agree on revs, but have to pursue reversal! too much money in the zillions and Congress and the SCOTUS is addressing the alice issue, if they don't, they might as well throw out the Patent system altogether. Not going to happen.
The alarm has been sounding re Alice and everyone hears it, it must be corrected / addressed. And it has the key players in the government /legal systems attention now as we speak. Could be cleaned up in the next perhaps 6 months or so. Wheels are turning and Stuff is happening in Congress and the SCOTUS as of the last few months
Eventually when the smoke clears, SFOR will be sitting pretty as they do have the strongest patents you can have in the Patent system that was, that is.
Don't forget both R&G and BR are on contingency. Mark and CO doesn't spend much time on legal.
What they need to do job #1 is: is finish the software programs they are writing for DSS, and finish the Blockchain defender and make money with blockchain.
Maybe find some more channel partners who can sell their products.
And most of all ... STOP TWEETING MARK !!! lol
