Right on with what you said. There is probably so many different ways/angles/weighing outcomes/weighing possible objections, etc. to consider and that would take time to figure out which is best to be ready with. In other words, SFOR's attorney(s) will have a better plan a, b, and c ready to go next time they are in court.
