Thanks Howard. I'm the "ass" and not you, because I do make assumptions which sometimes get me in trouble. My assumption with Miri is that she is "on the road" procuring "business developement" or, at least that's what I understood her to be responsible for. I am really surprised she did not attend at least the Roth conference - seems like someone could've easily reported on how many potential investors they connected with, or response to their presentation - but then someone could accuse them of "pumping"... Hey, next time you can visit with management, can you please install "locator" apps on their I-phones so we can monitor where they are? Ha.


Our management is intent on this R/S for the moment, and only they know what is next if the vote is shot down (hoping they understand shareholders concerns). I share everyone's cluelessness about whats going on. If you had not made that investigative trip, we'd really be feeling f**ked!
