Here's my fear...mostly around that damn yield. As I said before, it's my MAIN frustration because for it to go on as long as it has is just ridiculous!!
Stout's name is on the latest 1-A/A. Stout is on the prohibited list. He can't submit the missing attorney letter, period. As far as the 1A, that was filed with the SEC so makes no difference to the OTC.
Stout surely told Steve he can't submit the letter. Won't be Bunker because he's on the list too. So...who's submitting the letter?!? And could it be that Steve wasn't aware Stout was on the list (which I find highly unlikely)??
