I just hope they decide not to throw in the towel

I just hope they decide not to throw in the towel in the event the R/S is voted down on the 18th. At a cap value under 5M they could put a deal together, close the doors and reopen with a brand new capitalization and shareholders. It is not a simple process but when the cap value is a fraction of opportunity cost someone could find a way to build a bridge to existing management and take over an intellectual loaded company starving for funding. The new investor/entity would dictate terms but allow the scientists to do their work without concern for capital.
