QED Connect, Inc., targets operating companies for acquisition and enters into joint venture partnerships with operating companies by providing financial, management and marketing resources to the prospective companies to generate revenues and operating profits.

In January 2010, the Company signed a Letter of Intent with Nazz Productions, Inc. (?Nazz?), whereby Nazz is to become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. Nazz is an independent producer and distributor of film and television entertainment content. In May 2010, the Company formed a joint venture in the United States with Sofame Technologies, Inc., a Montreal based company, for the exclusive rights to market, distribute, sell, and channel support Sofame Technologies ?s products within the United States. In March 2011, the Company entered into Stock Purchase and Consulting Agreements with Sonasoft Corporation, a California company to provide for marketing, business development and financial support.In June 2011 the Company acquired 100% of the assets of StockProfile.com, StockProfileTV.com, and SPNewsWire.com, which operate financial news Internet sites that provide the investing public with a unique information portal to investors who like to conduct their own research as well as make their own investment decisions.
