They put together some high profile guys, sold this as the "biggest thing the OTC has ever seen" took the money out of the 100 million dollar pump, put the shell for sale, tell everyone they're working hard behind the scenes, let everyone keep loading while one by one they parachute out and guy who owned shell before takes back repossession ....
