One week delays are par for OTC companies with the filing of their quarterly reports and not an issue.
Longs like myself should be happy to have seen them looking for frugal means of handling standard business reporting as they worked diligently to NOT produce any more dilution than absolutely necessary.
This was imperative following the major dilution created by the whole Chinese farce which, by the way, was NOT the fault of the current management team. That help clear it up some?
They could've waited to file the 8-k on the RS, but I love that it's keeping some of the shorting down by keeping them guessing about when it'll be triggered. Percentage of volume maybe not, but volume is low right now and that's why.
