I had trouble getting onto this site for some time but thanks to 4kids I’m back.
I believe Mr. Bordynuik was referring to the onerous red tape it would take to get approved to do the research in Canada. Now that the tech has been developed, that emissions are not an issue and licences received there should no longer be an issue to operate processors in Canada.
