Perhaps, it's not that you reach out Hirsch and the boys..
To deploy the damage control card... call off the RS before 4/18 to save themselves further embarrassment.
get back to work and rebuild the PPS to a respectable price and try again the RS at a later time..
Why force this garbage RS? re-build PPS and get some MOMO with the PR firm.. RS can wait a few months..
wasted 2 months already..
