and for patients with no resistance to this drugs ,....

-2% of patients withdrew from study because of serious side effects ,

- severe hypersensitivity may happen ,
including organ dysfunction and liver injury have been reported with Dolutegravil .
Discontinue DOVATO immediately if any sign or symptoms .

-Lactic acidosis and severe hepatomegaly with steatosis , including fatal cases have been reported with nucleoside analogues ..

-contraindicated with patient with kidney or liver impairment ..

- drug interaction may happen , check with your physician..

-Human Reconstitution Syndrome , has been reported ( autoimmune reaction )

-and in addition to other less severe side effects , patients may develop resistant Hepatitis B , so...

-The labeling includes a Boxed Warning that patients with Hepatitis B may develop resistant Hepatitis B and liver toxicities , including liver failure ..
