The facts are a lot of people are buying. Are a lot of people selling, I don't know. Could be one person selling a lot, but for every share sold by one or more people, there is a buyer. Are the buyers crazy or did they recognize a pattern?
The facts are the company signed a MDA last week with AGP. If you don't know what a MDA is or what kind of commitment that means, worth a read.
Whoever was hoping for a PR today on the closing, here's the pattern I see from doing DD. The last one might come sooner, but no one from the company said there would be a PR today from what I remember. Could be anytime between today and April 16th. I am good with any of those days. Might depend on a number of factors
Business Day 0 - April 4th - EFFECT - S-1/A Effective
Business Day 1 - April 5th - 8-K - MDA with Underwriter with firm commitment
Business Day 1 - April 5th - PR - Pricing & Uplisting Announcement
Business Day 1 - April 5th - Uplist to NASDAQ
Business Day 2 - April 8th - 424B4 - Prospectus
Business Day 3 - April 9th - Offering is expected to close
Business Day 8 - April 16th - Announce full exercise and closing including possibly Underwriter’s Over-Allotment option in public offering
