It's big difference from a confident standpoint where the PPS was when they announced RS proposal.
They didn't batter to build any momo going to this RS garbage. In fact, it was just the opposite. The start of the year, we had a nice run from 10 to 18 cents in a week. followed by weeks of selling, in a matter of a few weeks we were fighting to keep ourselves above 10cents..and the rest is history..
Had they just hold back this garage RS until the summer. They hire a PR firm to promote the 1st month of the year.. why stop there? What news were there?
-The new web-site looked great
--Roth conf. they were not just attending also presenting for a change
Are you telling me that if they kept the PR firm on the payroll, we are not able to settle at mid 10 cents range from just those 2 news. even with the Discovery dumping their shares
Like others stated over and over again, mgmt had not show they gave a rat's ass about the PPS.. We got the home run products. if you just trust us , we will take you to the promise land is way over used.
If I was Hirsch and his boys----
--I would deploy the damage control ASAP--
--to show some good gesture, abandon the RS before the 4/18 voting (likely voted down anyway)
--with RS out of the way, they can let the PR firm take it from there.
--Rebuilt the PPS back to respectable level..
--If JF can take it from sub pennies to $3 2 years ago.. without breaking the law, your brilliant team can't take PPS to 50cents and try the RS again? at 30cents.. 1 to 10 will get to $3... you won't need to the garage of any ratio up to 500.
