Soon the auditors will have the 10-K complete so the FINRA can give their final approval and RMHB can pull the trigger on the reverse split. I look forward to reading the 10-K once it is released.
As far as "big news" (distribution etc.) is concerned. If I was them I would be playing things very close to the chest right now. It would be best to announce "big news" with the RS in my opinion. So I am sure management is putting pressure on the auditors to get the 10-K complete so we can all start seeing what the company is capable of (I am thinking of a comic book series (Superman Unchained)and then we should hire new auditors!
