What are we suppose to do then? Sounds like what we have on hand, is what we're dealing with, that means, beating the current proposal and then having them show their next card.
What you said is true, but is their disdain for current shareholders is so bad that they'll do anything to hose us down? There are a lot of good proposals, heck, I think if it wasn't for the R/S we would still be in 0.10's.
The company has done little to support as someone said, shareholders confidence and giving a potential investors any reason to take position here, and, as you may see or not, they're not changing their ways whatsoever, this alone should now raise alarms into a lot of speculations different people had over the years, which were deemed as nonsense, but doesn't seem so far fetched now. I'm very suspicious of everything they told us and keep telling us, I'm suspicious of how much time do they really spend on OWC activities, frankly, everything they say now, I take it with grain of salt. They had so much time to take control of the falling SP between JF and now, showing shareholders that they care, but I have not seen collective output from them to signify that they care or were even actively participating in OWC related activities, seems like all they did was passive work on patents and wrap up the Phase 1 which took how long?
Another thought, Yossi was asked to be on BOD, could it be that they're looking up after their own? If R/S takes place and whatever Yossi was gifted with, would also be impacted, but by him being part of BOD, they can include him in future share allocation.
