How long is the average period you are using? The volume each week has been averaging lower since the huge run and the dollars traded was over 8 million a day.
People have been waiting on news. No major volume days in over 2 weeks according to stockcharts. I think volume will stay low until we get partnership news. That is unless a momentum run starts and everyone jumps on board. Those phenomena break charts.
