This was a very good post Frank, I can totally see it all has happened and continue happening, but I'll also add that I don't think Company told us any truth in a while now.
It's now even harder to believe in anything they've done or at least said they're doing or will do. Sounds like any trust is lost in this current team, at least for me. I voted with all my shares in multiple accounts against both proposals.
Company as you said, these SOB's are too arrogant, they will not admit to anything nor will they take any advice either. Kodiak, JF, Ziv, Shmurlik and now Discovery, my hamster is a faster learner than they are, unless, that's not their goal.
