I agree with you. I question that the Company gives a dam about the current group of non-employee shareholders. If they would only articulate their thought process for getting the R/S approved and explain how the transaction would be good for me I might buy into it. Telling me my investment balance does not change is a silly and an incomplete statement. If it were obviously good for us shareholders they would not have to go to great lengths to have it approved.
