Trying to get the selling over with before 10am tomorrow when we will be wired the money, funded and ready to go. Then we should see a form and/or PR about the acquisition closing. So nasdaq will more clearly see the numbers of SC and how the combined companies are worth much more than our current market cap. At the same time I believe that the shares will be added to our OS and we should see the amount of shares given to SC as part of the acquisition.
I think that could be part of the reason we are trading at these levels, waiting on our new OS, which will be 6,389,776 shares from offering plus 10 million dollars in shares for SC, which at this price would be about 3,820,000. So around 10.2 million shares will be added, giving us about 22.4 million OS. I’m not sure how warrants work with OS, I’m guessing they’re not added until they are exercised.
With our new OS we are under 60 million market cap. Once the numbers are updated, people see SC revenue, then they see our subscriber numbers and how they are growing, we will start moving upwards.
Despite us knowing what we own it’s like we are starting over but with an extra step on all other nasdaq investors and on a much better exchange with an even brighter future than before.
The news will start flowing soon after the dust settles
